Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Valor Money Reset. By using the service, you agree to them.
Service description
Valor Money Reset organizes user-provided transaction and debt information into spending observations and estimated payoff comparisons. It does not connect directly to bank accounts, move money, issue loans, negotiate with creditors or cancel third-party services.
Educational information only
Results are educational estimates and are not financial, investment, tax, legal, bankruptcy, credit-repair or accounting advice. Lenders may calculate interest differently, rates may change and transactions may be categorized incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing inputs, assumptions and recommendations before acting.
Your responsibilities
You must be legally capable of entering a contract, provide information you are authorized to use, keep access to your account secure, review uploaded files and avoid unlawful, malicious or infringing content. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or reverse engineer protected components.
Pricing and subscriptions
Current prices are shown before checkout. Subscription purchases renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. Customers may cancel future renewals through the Stripe-hosted customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation does not retroactively refund an already completed billing period.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or support for every bank CSV format. Features may be corrected, changed or discontinued. If a supported paid report cannot be generated because of a service failure, the refund policy applies.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee savings, debt elimination, a specific payoff date, interest savings, credit-score changes or merchant cancellation. Examples and projections depend on supplied information and stated assumptions.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Home & Living LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of educational estimates. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
