This policy explains what Valor Money Reset collects, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.
Who operates the service
Valor Money Reset is operated by Valor Home & Living LLC. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to hello@valorhomeandliving.com.
Information we collect
We collect the email and display name associated with sign-in; financial inputs you enter; transaction data processed temporarily from your CSV; summarized categories, totals and payoff estimates; payment and subscription status supplied by Stripe; and limited security and diagnostic records.
How uploaded files are handled
A supported CSV is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and analyzed temporarily in server memory. The original CSV is not written to file or database storage. Summarized categories, totals, the selected safety buffer and payoff estimates are retained in encrypted storage so the signed-in user can view prior results. The source filename, individual transactions, recurring merchant names, income and individual debt records are not retained for new resets.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, produce and preserve requested resets, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve supported transaction rules, communicate about the service and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal or financial data.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers to host the application, authenticate users, store derived records and process payments. Stripe receives payment information directly; Valor does not receive or store complete card numbers. Providers are permitted to process information only for their service function and legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Original CSV files are never retained. Users can delete a saved reset from its results page. Other account and billing records remain while the account is active or as reasonably needed for the service, security, billing and legal obligations. To request broader access, correction or deletion, email hello@valorhomeandliving.com from the account email.
Security and limitations
We use sign-in access controls, TLS/HTTPS encryption while data is transmitted and encrypted platform storage for retained summaries. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Review exports before upload and remove account numbers or information unnecessary to the requested analysis.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
