This policy explains what Valor Money Reset collects, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.
Who operates the service
Valor Money Reset is operated by Valor Home & Living LLC. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to hello@valorhomeandliving.com.
Information we collect
We collect the email and display name associated with sign-in; household income, safety-buffer and debt information you enter; uploaded CSV transaction data; derived categories, totals, recurring-pattern candidates and payoff estimates; payment and subscription status supplied by Stripe; and limited security and diagnostic records.
How uploaded files are handled
A supported CSV is stored privately only while a reset is being processed. After a successful analysis, the original CSV is deleted. Derived totals, categories, debt inputs and reset results are retained so the signed-in user can view prior results. Users should remove information they do not want analyzed before uploading.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, produce and preserve requested resets, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve supported transaction rules, communicate about the service and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal or financial data.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers to host the application, authenticate users, store derived records and process payments. Stripe receives payment information directly; Valor does not receive or store complete card numbers. Providers are permitted to process information only for their service function and legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Original successful CSV uploads are deleted immediately after processing. Derived records remain while the account is active or as reasonably needed for the service, security, billing and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@valorhomeandliving.com from the account email.
Security and limitations
We use access controls, encrypted transport and private storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload documents containing information unnecessary to the requested analysis.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
